My second upload. It is a happy birthday picture for one of my friends in Beijing. It is also a picture I did for my new flat decoration.
Inspired by JWWaterhouse. I use ArtRage for the BG (with ref.) and Photoshop for the girl (without ref.).

this is really pretty!!!! im just wondering why you cant see the legs underwater.
